How do I join Frisk?

Is it free to set up an account?

Yes, it is 100% free to set up an account on Frisk.

Why did my application get rejected?

We cannot give a detailed explanation as to why each individual has been rejected but here are a few of the most common reasons that an application may be rejected:

What type of ID is needed for verification?

We accept passport, driving license or government issued identity cards.

All scans, photos or copies of the ID must be clear with a plain background behind it.

When sending the photo of your ID next to your face, please ensure the ID is clear and visible.

Please note that once you have uploaded both images they will not show on the screen. A note will appear to let you know they have been uploaded successfully.

Can I have more than 1 Frisk profile?

It is against company policy for a creator to have more than 1 personal profile. However, it is possible for a couple/duo to have a joint profile and each have a separate profile. We are happy to review on a case by case basis.

What percentage do I get from my earnings?

You receive 80% of your earnings.

Why does Frisk take 20% of my earnings and what is it used for?

Frisk takes 20% so that you can focus on what you do best and we can make sure that we provide a platform that works for you!

How often will I get paid?

Paydays are on a Monday. Frisk gives you the choice to withdraw weekly (you will need to click withdraw before Monday) OR you can build up your earnings and withdraw at your convenience.

How do I withdraw my funds?

To make a withdrawl, you need click > Admin > Withdrawls > Click the green “cleared amount” button.

You will then see the due date of your next pay-out below.

*Your cleared amount is payments that have been in your balance for more than 7 days.

What content can I post on my Free wall, Stories and Free global messages?

Content on free wall, stories, free global messages, profile image and header, must be censored and not contain nudity (topless is acceptable on your free wall & global messages but not in your profile image or header). Any content found containing nudity in the aforementioned, will be removed without notice. Save the good stuff for your subscription wall or locked PPVs!

Is there a contract? Am I free to leave whenever I want?

There is no contract. However, we do have Terms and Conditions which you agree to when you sign up as a Content Creator on Frisk

Who sets the prices on my pages and how much can I charge?

You are the boss. You choose your fees!

How is my personal information kept safe?

Please review our privacy policy to be assured that we take your privacy and security very seriously.

Can I block Frisk users from sending me messages?

Yes. Within your messages section you have the option to block messages from different audiences (free users and non-subscribers) but you can also mute, block and report individuals by clicking the in a conversation

What is the Frisk Academy?

The Frisk Academy is a built in coaching/support hub for Frisk Content Creators. We provide hints, tips and advice on how to use the sites amazing features to their full potential and make your Frisk page a huge success! We also provide 1-2-1 support to creators that need additional help growing their page. Just send us a DM!

I would love a Frisk promotional visual for my social media, how do I get one?

We offer all creators who have uploaded more than 50 pictures and videos on their Frisk page, a personalised promotional visual. If you would like one, please send us the following to promo@frisk.chat :

If you’re exclusive to Frisk (have no other fan platforms) please let us know and we can send you an "exclusive" visual.

There seems to be multiple user types on Frisk. Can you please explain?

Frisk has three types of users:

Free Followers - This customer can see your Free Wall, will receive any PPV Messages that you send to “followers” but they do not have a bank card attached to their account.

Non- Subscriber – This customer can see your Free Wall, will receive any PPV Messages you send to “followers” and has their card attached (they will have a green tick next to their name).

Subscriber – This customer is paying a monthly fee to see your private wall (your free wall and private wall content will combine into one), and they will receive any Global Messages that you send to “Active Subs”.

*Some subscribers will not have their card attached and therefore will not have a green tick

How do I raise a complaint about a Frisk customer?

We do not tolerate ANY abuse or harassment on Frisk. We want you to have a worry free and enjoyable experience. Therefore, please contact us if you have any concerns, email: performer@frisk.chat or support@frisk.chat

Are there any restrictions on what content I can upload?

Please review our “Prohibited Use” section in our Terms and Conditions

Am I allowed to promote my other services?

Promotion of external payment methods (eg. Paypal) and other fan platforms are not permitted on Frisk. Please save that for your social media or personal website.

I am not based in the UK, like Frisk, will it cost to transfer my earnings?

Frisk is a UK based Limited Company that solely banks in the UK. Any International transfer may incur a bank fee. These are standard banking fees that are in no way extracted by Frisk.

Do you have a referral scheme?

Yes. You can find your referral code within your “Admin” tab > referrals. If someone signs up under your referral, you will receive 5% of any subscription earnings that they make.

Referral codes cannot be added once a Creator has signed up without one.

I want to upload content with another person involved. Do I need to let you know?

Yes. Please send us a copy of the individuals ID (face next to ID and close up of the ID) to performer@frisk.chat If you’re a producer/photographer please send us a model release form.

I haven’t logged into my Frisk account for a while and now I notice my account is unlisted, why is this?

Frisk provides a subscription service to customers who expect to be provided with regular content and interaction. If your Frisk profile has not been updated in 1 month or more, then we may unlist your profile.

If you need to take a break for any personal reason and know you will not be active for a while, then please let us know so we can unlist your profile. Your existing subscribers can continue their subscription but this will prevent new customers from signing up whilst your account is dormant.

Can I do SFS, promo and drops on my Frisk account?

Yes. We encourage Frisk Creators supporting each other. However, please note that we do not allow spam, as this is very annoying for customers. The limit for wall promo posts (private & free) is 5 per day. If you post any more, then these may be deleted without notice.

Please note that promoting your own page on another Creators page without their permission will not be tolerated. Repeat offenders may be removed from Frisk.

What are the file sizes for uploads?

Video- 3000MB (3GB)

Single Image- 10MB

Images per album (globals) - 10

Images per album (walls) - 9

Story- 100MB

Audio- 3 seconds – 120 seconds
